Tuffak® LF (formerly Makrolon® LF) Polycarbonate sheet is a flame-inhibiting sheet developed to meet UL 94 V-0 test criteria. This Aircraft Grade Polycarbonate Sheet conforms with FAR 25.853 paragraphs A & B Tuffak® LF (Makrolon® LF) (Low Flammability) polycarbonate sheet is offered in gauges from .080" thickness and is a UV stable product. Tuffak® LF (Makrolon® LF)polycarbonate sheet is virtually unbreakable with many times the impact strength of float glass and acrylic. Tuffak® LF (Makrolon® LF) is incredibly easy to form and can be easily die cut, punched and sheared for the most demanding fabrication needs. It is produced under the most rigid quality control specifications, meeting ISO certification guidelines for both plants and processes. Standard clear and custom colors are available in gauges ranging from .080" to .250". This material is an excellent replacement for Lexan® 9600 Sheet.
