Description
Saw Flange Arbors are an excellent choice for mounting saw blades on a 5 axis CNC machine The Arbors are mounted directly to an HSK 63F interface and mount the Saw blade directly into the CNC spindle. The blade is mounted flush to the arbor. Equipping a Saw Flange Arbor can greatly increase to capability of processing sheet goods, raw wood stock, and extend material yield ,due to saw blade kerf being more thin than most router bit diameters, of which typically needs to be done with other equipment such as a table saw or band saw. Attention needs to be paid to clearance when selecting a flange for your CNC machine. Each flange comes with fixating screws. Each arbor has a Max saw blade diameter listed below.
