The built-in swivel keeps the tubing from kinking when attaching or removing the adapter. Thread the fitting onto a hose bibb or garden hose and insert 0.710 in. supply tubing or dripline into the compression ring, where an internal barb compresses the tubing for a watertight fit. Filter washer inside screens out particles. Compression swivel adapter is made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) treated with UV inhibitors to prevent cracking.
