FPT pipe, such as a sprinkler riser. It also includes a 3/4 in. pipe/pipe swivel coupling. To install, position the arrow on the Y filter in the direction of water flow and screw on to attach. The Y filter comes with a 150-mesh screen filter thats removable for cleaning and maintenance-unscrew the flush cap, remove the middle housing, and pull out the filter to clean or replace. The Y filter housing is made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) treated with UV inhibitors, and contains a polyester filter.
