RainGuard Pro Plugger 10 Water-based Acrylic Sealer is a clear semi-satin water repellent for vertical and horizontal surfaces that are not exposed to hot tire traffic. It is a non-yellowing, low odor, low VOC, and non-toxic wood and masonry sealer. It is formulated to seal and bind chalky surfaces, and is an excellent top coat for paints and stains. Plugger 10 dries down to a clear semi-satin finish with minimal change to surface texture and color. Ideal for use on vertical/horizontal, painted/unpainted, interior/exterior surfaces such as: concrete, CMU blocks, brick, wood, porous natural and artificial stone, unglazed painted/unpainted tile, masonry, and stucco.
