The manual temperature control knob conveniently allows you to adjust the temperature between 140F and 208F for hot water that fits your needs. The 2.5-quart stainless steel dispenser tank comes with a 120-volt 1300-watt stainless steel heating element for efficient heating and consistent temperature control that’s both durable and reliable. For added safety, an automated heater protection thermal fuse protects the dispenser in the event of a dry start up.
