Self-Stick Message Book maintains important records of telephone calls on carbonless two-part forms. The original has self-adhesive to stick to almost any surface while the duplicate remains in the book for your records. Page protector prevents write-through. Preprinted prompts include message recipient, date, time, caller, caller's information (company, phone, cell, fax and email), and message-taker's signature. Prompts at the bottom let you indicate what kind of message with Phoned, Call Back, Returned Call, Wants to See You, Will Call Again, Was In and Urgent. Spiral-bound message book offers four message forms per page and a total of 400 sets.
