Description
The REELCRAFT TW7450 OLPT is a spring-return welding hose reel designed for dual hose service with oxygen, acetylene, propane, Mapp, natural gas, and other fuel gases. It includes two 50 ft Grade T rubber hoses with 1/4 in inside diameter and 9/16 in female UNF fittings. The reel uses an independent dual aluminum swivel body with a hard-coated finish to keep gases separated, and the acetylene side is identified with machined grooves on the swivel body and inlet for correct connection. This stationary reel can be mounted on a bench or truck, ceiling, floor, or wall.
Key Features of the REELCRAFT TW7450 OLPT Welding Hose Reel:
- Dual hose configuration: Includes red and green 50 ft hoses for welding gas applications.
- Spring return drive: Retracts the hose automatically with a locking latch to hold the selected length.
- Independent dual swivel: Aluminum swivel body with hard-coated wear surface keeps the gas paths separated.
- Leak-resistant sealing: Double-sealed molded O-rings with nitrile seals are used at the swivel.
- Connections: 1/4 in female NPT reel inlet and 9/16 in UNF outlet; hose fittings are 9/16 in female UNF brass.
- Reel construction: Steel reel with powder-coated finish and welded steel base.
- Mounting options: Can be mounted on a bench or truck, ceiling, floor, or wall.
- Operating limits: Rated for 200 psi with an operating temperature range of -40 to 150 degrees F.
- Dimensions: 19 3/4 in L x 7 3/8 in W x 20 1/4 in H; weight is 50 lb.
