Description
The Rheem ES120-18-G is a heavy-duty Rheem commercial 120 gallon electric water heater. This unit is equipped with six stainless steel heating elements providing a total power consumption of 18,000 Watts (equivalent to 61,420 BtuH). It is engineered for commercial applications requiring water temperatures between 120°F and 181°F. The system achieves a 98% thermal efficiency rating and is designed for minimal standby heat loss.

- 100°F Rise: 74 GPH
- 140°F Rise: 53 GPH
- 70°F Rise: 106 GPH

- Operating Voltage: 208V AC
- Phase: Convertible between Single Phase (87 Amps) and Three Phase (50 Amps). Construction and Hardware:
- The tank is constructed of steel with a vitreous glass lining and a porcelain enamel outer shell finish. Insulation consists of polyurethane foam to maintain water temperature. Hardware includes a factory-installed Temperature and Pressure (T&P) relief valve, six stainless steel elements, and a brass drain valve. An automatic surface-mounted thermostat provides temperature control up to 181°F.
