Description
The RIDGID K-1500 is a sectional drain cleaning machine designed for heavy-duty commercial and industrial maintenance. This 200 ft commercial drain snake is powered by a 3/4 HP motor and is utilized for clearing blockages in drain and sewer lines ranging from 2 inches to 8 inches in diameter.
Performance and Capacity:
- As a sectional-style 200 ft drain snake, the K-1500B operates at a constant speed of 710 RPM to cut through debris and roots.
- Maximum Reach: This 200 foot sewer snake is capable of running 1 1/4-inch cable up to a distance of 200 feet.
- Cable Configuration: The unit uses 15-foot cable sections, allowing operators to add only the necessary length for each specific job.
- Clutch Control: An instant-acting cable clutch provides operator control, stopping cable rotation immediately upon releasing the handle to prevent overrun.
- Versatility: By changing clutch jaws, the machine can be adapted to run 7/8-inch cable for smaller 2-inch to 4-inch lines.
- Drain Snake Kit
- This sectional drain cleaning machine kit includes the following accessories and ridgid sewer snakes components:
- Cables: Seven sections of C-11 1 1/4-inch cable (105 ft. total) and two A-8 cable carriers.
- Augers: T-1 Straight Auger, T-3 Funnel Auger, and T-6 Retrieving Auger.
- Cutters: T-8 Grease Cutter, T-13 Sawtooth Cutter, and a ridgid root cutter styled T-50-1 Sharktooth Cutter.
- Safety and Maintenance: A-1 operator's mitt, A-12 pin key, A-34-12 rear guide hose, and a heavy-duty tool box.
