Description
Product Formulation: TRIS-HCl: 250 mM; SDS: 8%; pH: 6.8. Add mercaptoethanol according to protocol.Instructions :1. Dilute 4X Stripping Bufffer ( 1part Stripping Buffer: 3 parts distilled water) and add beta-mercaptoethanol (0.6%). 2. Wash the wet membrane in the stripping buffer for 5 minutes.3. Incubate the membrane for 30 minutes at 65 degrees Celius while agitating.
