For propagation and maintenance of E. Coli. Low Salt Formula. Molecular Biology Grade.Dissolve 20 grams in 1 liter distilled water. Then adjust pH to 7.2. Heat and frequently agitate to completely dissolve. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes. Ingredients:Tryptone: 10 g/LYeast Extract: 5 g/LSodium Chloride: 5 g/L
