SOB Broth, 1 KG

SOB Broth is recommended for use in cultivation of recombinant strains of E. Coli. It is a nutritionally rich growth medium for use in the preparation and transformation of competent cells.Add 28 grams of Broth in 1 liter of distilled water. Heat gently to dissolve the medium completely.
