Rugg began manufacturing wooden hay rakes in Montague, Massachusetts in 1842. Since that time, a full complement of domestically manufactured snow tools and lawn & garden tools have been added. New ownership has been in place since October of 2013 and investments have been made in infrastructure to assure continued growth.
