The glitter does not flake off when touched like other glitter paints. Use over a white base coat or a base coat that is similar in color to the glitter paint. Apply in uniform direction per coat of paint. Apply each coat of paint in an alternating direction, first coat vertical, second coat horizontal and repeat.
