Rust-Oleum Marine Coatings Primer For Metal is designed to prime metals above the waterline before application of Marine Coatings Topside Paint. This primer has excellent adhesion which prevents chipping, cracking and peeling and eliminates the need for additional topcoats and touch-ups. It can be used on bare, painted or lightly rusted metals.
