18" Automatic Foot Impulse Sealer w/ 5mm Seal Width

The KS-FS Series automatic foot impulse sealers are ideal for high volume poly bag and other thermoplastic sealing. The KS-FS455 is equipped to seal materials up to 18" wide and 15mil total thickness. This sealer allows you to keep both hands free for quicker and more accurate sealing. The unit operates using impulse sealing and is controlled by a circuit board. The sealer is equipped with a digital display for easy timer settings. Once correct settings have been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically. The KS-FS series are standalone automatic foot sealer which does not require a tabletop to place the sealer.

Easy to operate.
For automatic operation, set the control on auto. Adjust the sealing time (heating time), congealing time (cooling time), and recycle time (automatic operation of jaws). Insert material to be sealed and when jaw opens, remove sealed material.
For manual operation, set the control to manual. Insert the material to be sealed. Press down on the foot switch to activate the sealing bar.
