18" W-Series Automatic Double Impulse Sealer w/ 5mm Seal Width

W-Series double impulse automatic sealers are designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials. The W-455AT is equipped to seal materials up to 18" wide and 24mil total thickness. Unit is controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board. Equipped with an electronic timer and electromagnet, once correct settings have been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically.
What is a double automatic impulse sealer?
Double impulse sealers use two heating elements (upper and lower) to fuse materials from both sides at the same time allowing thicker materials to be sealed.

Easy to operate.
For automatic operation, set the control on auto. Adjust the sealing time (heating time), congealing time (cooling time), and recycle time (automatic operation of jaws). Insert material to be sealed and when jaw opens, remove sealed material.
For manual operation, set the control to manual. Insert the material to be sealed. Press down on the foot switch to activate the sealing bar.
