Our KF-series direct heat sealers come in a light blue in color and equipped with a digital temperature controller. Available in 8", 12" and 16" lengths with a 10mm or 15mm wide meshed seal.
Our direct heat / constant heat sealers seal most types of thermoplastic packaging material, but are especially ideal for thicker material such as coated aluminum foil, Kraft paper, cellophane, mylar, coated PP. Please note: direct heat sealers cannot seal polyethylene. Depending on the model of the sealer, material up to 16" wide and 20 mil thick can be sealed. The meshed seal width is 10mm. Equipped with a digital temperature controller that accurately controls the temperature from 125°-600° F (50°-320°C). Both jaws are heated simultaneously resulting in better heat penetration to seal thicker material. Units also include an adjustable work table.
Easy to operate. Set the temperature on the temperature controller depending on the material to be sealed. Once the correct setting has been reached, consistent seals will be maintained automatically. Insert the material between the two sealing bars. Press down on the foot pedal and release.
