An adjustable bed positioning system that affixes to the bed that prevents roll off from both sides of the bed. (Consists of two bolsters) it also can be used to offload the coccyx and eliminate entrapment hazards of the metal bed rails. When used in a nursing home it is not considered a restraint for most residents. Foam-padded for comfort. Covered in durable, wipe-clean vinyl.
