Premium Specialty Diamond 5 inch diamond polishing pads have been manufactured with an advanced 3mm thick hard bond resin matrix to maximize life when used to grind and polish abrasive concrete surfaces.Normal pad thickness is 2mm, the diamond polishing pads should be used by individuals who intend continued use of the pads. The line of pads can polish upwards of 3500 sq feet of surface before needing replaced.An above normal concentration of premium diamonds enables faster stock removal speeds and quicker overall polishing results while maximizing pad life.When used in sequence from 50 grit to 3000 grit, the diamond polishing pads will remove material to expose aggregate and create a remarkable polished concrete surface.Use diamond polishing pads with the BRT-6800 at a maximum RPM of 4000. Diamond polishing pads are designed for wet use only.
