Description
The SPEEDAIRE - J2990071010 is a quick-connect coupling designed as the male half (plug) of an air hose fitting system. It uses a push-to-connect locking mechanism to enable tool-free connection and disconnection while forming a seal between the coupling halves when connected. This coupling has a nominal body size of 7/8" and is compatible with hoses that meet a 1/2" inner diameter and a 1/4" hose fitting size, as specified. It features NPT threaded connections and is compatible with Speedaire part numbers 810RA7 and 810RA8 within the stated ARO interchange standard. The coupling is suitable for use with air compressor applications (including pancake compressors) that meet the stated pressure and connection specifications and is listed as conforming to the ARO interchange standard for the stated connection type.
