SpeedFinish eliminates installation problems of bond failure crumbling mildew and staining of resilient flooring due to free moisture found in traditional underlayments. Apply over concrete cement backer boards RedGard Waterproofing & Anti-fracture Membrane exterior grade plywood (interior applications) ceramic tile pavers brick stone concrete terrazzo sheet vinyl laminated VCT tile and cutback adhesive (nonwater soluable). Do not use over OSB particle board hardwood parquet floors metal cushion-backed vinyl flooring or when temperature is below 50 deg. F. (10 deg. C.). Coverage: As a skim coat approximately 250 to 300 Sq. Ft.; 10 Lb. box yields 30 Sq. Ft. at 1/8 In. thickness. Mix with water. Clean with water before material dries. 10 lb. box.
