Spray booth paper is a type of high-temperature, flame-retardant paper used in spray booths to create a protective barrier on the interior walls and floors to collect paint overspray. It helps contain and protect against harmful emissions, dust, and debris, creating a cleaner and safer work environment.

The best material for spray booth paper is Kraft paper due to its durability, strength, and high-temperature resistance. It comes in various thicknesses and can withstand the heat and chemical exposure generated by spray painting operations.

The frequency of spray booth paper replacement depends on the usage and the type of painting being done. It's recommended to change the paper when it becomes saturated with paint or dust, or if it starts to tear or deteriorate. Regular replacement helps maintain a clean and efficient spray booth environment.

For optimal performance and safety, it's crucial to install spray booth paper correctly. Use a water-based adhesive to attach the paper to the walls and floor of the spray booth, ensuring it overlaps at seams and extends beyond the edges to create a sealed barrier. Avoid wrinkles or air bubbles during installation to prevent paint and debris from escaping.
