Forged and tempered to ensure uniform performance and maximize steel properties. Dip galvanized. Can be used in lashing, towing, suspension and lifting where the load is applied directly in line. Will not crack or peel. Remains flexible from temperatures of -40 Degc to over 100 Degc. Recommended in permanent or long term installations or where the load could slip on the shackle bolt causing bolt rotation.
