TEKTON Thin Wall Impact Flip Sockets are ideal for servicing wheels on cars, trucks, utility trailers, and more. The six-point design offers a snug fit and sure contact with the broad, flat sides of a lug nut, not just the corners, preserving its geometry and preventing round-off. The outer diameter is 1 to 2 mm smaller than other TEKTON impact sockets, providing clearance to slide into recessed lug nut wells. Each socket meets a minimum of 1.3 times the ANSI/ASME standard for proof torque and is made from 4140 Chromium-Molybdenum steel with a corrosion resistant manganese phosphate coating.
