1/4'' Drive x 4-1/2'' Bit Ratchet

Tekton 1/4 Inch Bit Ratchets have a C-shaped metal retaining clip to provide a friction fit to grip the bit, and is compatible with the most common retention groove types. The bit ratchet complements our High Torque 1/4 Inch Bit Driver, providing a low-profile, high-leverage bit driving solution for access in spots with low overhead clearance. The 72-tooth gear has a 5-degree swing arc, and the single half-moon pawl maintains 12 teeth engaged with the gear at all times, ensuring that it won't slip or skip under stress. The finger groove has pronounced interior edges for traction and control for any finger placement. The pommel at the end of the handle keeps your hand from slipping off and is rounded for comfort. We name our ratchets according to their effective working length, which is measured from the center of the bit receiver to the end of the handle.
