Tekton ratchets have a 90-tooth gear that produces a working swing arc of 4 degrees. The flex head moves 180 degrees, snapping into 9 different detent angles. Our low-profile head is reduced in every dimension: height, width, and length to increase access. The quick-release drive tang retains sockets with a spring-actuated detent ballpress the release button to easily add to or drop sockets from the drive tang. The sleek handle has a finger groove with pronounced interior edges for traction and control for any hand placement. Tekton ratchets meet and most far exceed the industry standard for proof torque, a measure of strength verified by a single-cycle test that applies torque until the specified value is reached without failure or any permanent deformation.
