Tenon Refractory Mortar is a high-performance, dry preblended mortar engineered for extreme heat applications. Ideal for fireplaces, fire pits, pizza ovens, barbeques, and chimney installations, it securely bonds firebrick and clay flue liners while withstanding intense temperatures that destroy ordinary mortars. Formulated with specialized cements and aggregates, it delivers exceptional thermal resistance and durability, meeting ASTM C199 requirements to resist temperatures up to 2,550 degrees farenheit (1400 degrees celsius). Code-approved and trusted for high-heat masonry assemblies.
