These medical-grade, nitrile exam gloves are the perfect compromise between latex and vinyl. Latex-free, DEHP-free nitrile is made from an allergy-safe compound that feels a lot like latex, but it's much stronger and more comfortable to wear. Nitrile is perfect for demanding applications whether in the medical or foodservice environment. Gloves meet FDA 510K Standards for examination gloves used in medical applications and comply with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act that allows repeated use in direct contact with food. They are tested for use with chemotherapy drugs using ASTM D 6978. Powder-free design means the gloves go through an extra process of chlorinating the gloves to ease donning. The 9-1/2in long gloves feature a 3.3 mil cuff thickness, 4.25 mil palm thickness and 5.3 mil finger thickness for more durable use.
