Earth anchor design for use with a tie down strap, bolt and stabilizer plate (sold separately) to secure a manufactured home to the ground. For installation in light to medium density soil conditions. For use anchoring manufactured homes (not for use in Florida). Requires slotted bolt 59131L and strap (59190L and 59150L) sold separately, not included. Anchor head must be at ground level or at the top of the stabilizer plate which is fully installed to ground level.
