The Performer-Link True Roller Timing Chain Set by Cloyes is for use with either performance or stock cams. It utilizes a solid bushing chain that rolls with the sprocket on a true bearing surface that eliminates chain stretch. The cam sprockets are made from 35 000 PSI tensile strength cast iron and the crank sprockets are machined from SAE 1144 stress-proof Billet steel as well as induction heat treated. It allows a maximum advance or retard at camshaft of 2 degrees and at crankshaft of 4 degrees.
