Description
The Titan USA TC11540 is a large-diameter 4 flute solid carbide ball end mill designed for heavy-duty 3D contouring, large-radius profile milling, and sculptured surface finishing on large molds, dies, and complex parts. The 5/8 in ball nose diameter and 1-1/4 in length of cut enable aggressive material removal on curved surfaces in steel, aluminum, and cast iron. Solid carbide construction delivers the rigidity and wear resistance needed for high-feed 3D contouring without deflection, even in harder workpiece materials. The uncoated carbide finish is optimized for aluminum and non-ferrous machining applications.
