Description
Four-part Laser W-2 Kit is used to report wages and deductions to the Social Security Administration. Forms meet IRS specifications. Kit includes a W-3 Transmittal of Income Wage and Tax Statement Form. Each page includes two forms. Detached size is 8-1/2" x 5-1/2". Forms are designed for use in laser printers.
