Description
Six-part tax kit includes 24 W-2 forms that meet IRS specifications, 24 gummed envelopes and one Laser W-3 Summary Transmittal Form. W-2 forms are used to report wages and deductions to the Social Security Administration. 20 lb., letter-size white paper is compatible with laser printers. Detached size is 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" with two forms per sheet.
