Touchless bathroom faucets use infrared sensors to detect the presence of hands or objects. When the sensor detects movement, it activates the flow of water. The faucet shuts off automatically when the user moves their hands away.

Touchless bathroom faucets offer several benefits, including: Enhanced hygiene: By eliminating the need to touch the faucet handle, they help reduce the spread of germs and bacteria. Water conservation: They can help conserve water by automatically turning off when not in use. Convenience: Users can simply wave their hands to activate the flow of water, making it easier to use, especially for individuals with disabilities or limited mobility.

There are various types of touchless bathroom faucets available, including: Single-sensor faucets: These faucets have a single sensor that detects both hand movements and objects. Dual-sensor faucets: These faucets have two sensors, one for detecting hand movements and another for detecting objects. This helps prevent accidental activation. Concealed-sensor faucets: These faucets have the sensor hidden within the faucet body, providing a sleek and minimalist look.

Installing a touchless bathroom faucet typically involves the following steps: Shut off the water supply. Remove the old faucet. Clean the installation area. Install the new faucet body. Connect the water supply lines. Install the sensor and handle. Turn on the water supply and check for leaks. It's always recommended to consult the manufacturer's instructions or consider hiring a professional plumber for proper installation.
