Contact tip with excellent electrical properties is ideal for use in heavy duty welding application up to 600 A. It features part number and wire diameter for easy identification. 1 1/2 Contact tip with M8 X 1.25-6g thread size has 0.041 nominal ID and 0.375 OD. Contact tip is made from chrome zirconium 1815 alloy and machined from a chrome zirconium copper tubing to offer a consistent as well as smooth surface of inside diameter with +/-0.003 tolerance. It has threaded style that ensures proper contact with a gas diffuser when installed to the MIG gun. It is harder than a standard copper alloy material contact tip that increases wear resistance properties while providing increased tip life. It gives substantial performance advantage over conventional contact tips. Contact tip is sold as 25 per pack.
