Tweco Self Insulated Copper Nozzle with 3/4 bore size is designed for standard gas diffuser for use with up to 600 A Tweco no.6 MIG guns. 3.372 Nozzle with 1.187 OD is ideal for use in medium to heavy duty welding application up to 600 A. It features part number rolled stamped on the outer surface for easy identification. It has a 3-piece design without an additional insulator includes a nozzle housing, which is cut and formed from copper alloy tubing, a nozzle insert machined from a solid brass and nozzle insulator constructed of silicone material. It has nozzle insert that crimped in place to let the nozzle to thread onto the conductor tube. Nozzle offers electrical insulation required from the gas diffuser using the nozzle insulator. Nozzle with recess contact tip relationship 0.125-0.156 is made of 122 DHP copper alloy and is best suited for higher heat applications requiring longer electrical stick-out or in cases where the nozzle touches the work piece.
