24V Powered MDR Conveyor, 24in W x 5 L, 2 Zone, 4.5in Centers, Interroll

This MDR conveyor is a ready to ship powered roller MDR conveyor that features individual zones powered by Interroll or Itoh Denki 24V DC motorized conveyor rollers. These motor-driven rollers MDRs allows the product to move along the conveyor one zone at a time. The conveyors are pre-equipped with photo-eye sensors to start and stop the conveyor automatically as required. Includes 1 mounted 120V power supply with plug for quick system setup! This MDR conveyor features 2 motorized roller zones on 4.5in roller centers, with o-ring style drive belts that connect each roller in the zone to the motor. Measuring 24in overall width from outside of the frame to the outside of the opposite frame, 21in between frame width the widest the product can move along the conveyor, and 5' length. Equipped with 1.9in diameter, 16 Ga. galvanized flo-coat tube rollers featuring 115899-GP unground, crimped, greased bearings, two wide grooves to match the motorized roller, and a 7/16in hex mild steel axle spring-retained on one end. This MDR conveyor also includes 2 SMS-5 H-style leg supports with adjustable heights of 18-1/4in to 24-1/4in. Ultimation's MDR19-21-4.5-5-2-IN has a speed range of approximately 10 to 190 feet per minute, and a maximum load rating of 110-pounds per zone.
