Powered Self Dumping Hopper, Forklift

Valley Craft’s 1 Cubic Yard 6,000 lb. Hydraulic Powered Self-Dumping Hopper was engineered with safety and productivity in mind, and is unlike any other hopper on the market. Utilizing technology that includes a hydraulic actuator paired with a forklift auxiliary circuit, this unit is able to provide users complete powered control during the entire dumping and retracting process.
To get started, insert the forklift forks through the fork pockets on the hopper and secure your unit to the forklift using the included safety chain. Then simply attach the included quick-connect couplers to the forklift auxiliary circuit. You are now ready to operate your unit ergonomically by utilizing the convenient in-cab powered forklift controls.
This hopper is 1 cubic yards and has a 6,000 lb. load capacity. Constructed of heavy duty steel, up to 7 gauge, this unit comes standard as leak-proof with continuous solid welds. You can be certain to maximize efficiency with a quick 5 second cycle time, and (4) optional casters for added mobility (sold separately).
Other hoppers often require unsafe dumping practices ranging from manipulating latches, pull cords, manually assisting the dump, or even “ramming” the forklift to initiate the dump.
