Valley Craft’s 60 x 30” Security Cart is the ideal way to securely transport and store a variety of supplies, products, and other valuables. This cart is constructed from heavy duty 12 gauge steel in order to provide optimal security. The cart’s load capacity is 2,000 lbs. and easily maneuvers on (4) large 8” non-marking rubber casters (2 rigid, 2 locking swivel). A full width ergonomic handle is included on one end that extends 3” for easy push/pull maneuvering. Welded steel wire grid panels (2x2”) provide visibility and ventilation while maintaining enclosed security and protection. (1) Adjustable shelf is included, adjustable on 2" increments.
By utilizing a flush mount access T-handle (keyed), these carts save space when stored side by side, and eliminates clumsy extended handles that get snagged through doorways or narrow workspaces. The flush T-handle lock is complete with a 3-point steel locking system that secures the dual hinged easy-swings doors. Security carts are sized at 63”L x 30”W x 66”H overall to optimize both storage and handling. Enhance your security cart system with a variety of accessory options (sold separately).
Optional accessories include shelves, hitch systems, fork pockets, additional handles, and electronic locks. (1) Adjustable shelf is included. Shelves are a great way to maximize the interior space while customizing it to fit your application. Each shelf is constructed of heavy 14 gauge steel, has a 250 lb. capacity, and is adjustable on 2” increments. Hitch systems allow you to hook multiple security carts together and helps reduce the number of trips or personnel needed. Fork pockets can be easily bolted to the underside of the security cart using predrilled holes, accessed from the length sides. (1) Removable handle is included, (1) additional can be added to the opposite side to provide the ability to easily push/pull from either end.
Valley Craft’s Security Carts have a powder coat paint finish for a premium look that holds up over time. The premium red color can aid in organizing workflows and supporting 5S initiatives. Products are shipped fully assembled, ready-to-use, and are made in the U.S.A.
