The DG12V N Turbo Gas Shawarma & Gyro Machine is a commercial-grade vertical broiler built to deliver reliable, high-quality roasting for shawarma, gyro, doner, or similar meat-spit cooking in professional kitchens, restaurants, or food-service operations. Main Features & Design The motor is mounted at the bottom of the unit, keeping it safely away from heat and flame exposure for improved longevity. The unit uses six double ceramic burners, generating a total output of 72,000 BTU - providing strong, even heat for effective cooking. Rear heating elements are adjustable, allowing you to control heat intensity by moving the burners closer to or farther from the meat - without needing to reposition the spit. Each burner has its own control for precise heat management. The unit includes a removable drip tray and removable burner-protection mesh, making cleanup and maintenance easier. Built of AISI 304 stainless steel (body and spit), offering durability, corrosion resistance, and ease of sanitation - ideal for commercial food-service hygiene requirements.
