3" BobCat Mini Abrasive Flap Disc, Conical (TY29), Type S Mount, 80Z

Tiger Bobcat mini 3 inch conical flap discs are ideal for use on air die grinders for smooth grinding and enhanced conformability in tight areas when working with steel and stainless steel. These mini discs leverage self-sharpening zirconia alumina (ZA) grains that hold up under high temperatures and extreme pressure.
The type 29 conical disc shape maximizes surface contact when grinding between 15° – 35° for aggressive stock removal on flat surfaces while the 80 grit abrasive grain is ideal for blending, rust removal, cleaning, and finishing. The threaded arbor S mount allows for easy attachment to a die grinder when using industry standard hub pads and S mount mandrels.
Bobcat sheds cloth and exposes new grain, delivering a consistent, aggressive cut rate and removing 3 times more material over the life of the disc than a comparable blending disc. The threaded arbor S mount is compatible for use on both industry standard hub pads and S mount mandrels. Used on die grinders for smooth grinding and enhanced conformability in tight areas.
