The bolt cutter can also be used on hard materials up to Brinnell 455/Rockwell C48, and soft and medium hard materials up to Brinnell 300/Rockwell C31 1/2 in. respectively. With its 30" overall length, this Westward Bolt Cutter is designed for heavy duty use in tough environments
