To access the part, you'll have to remove all shelving, bins, rails, and mounting clips from the inside of your freezer so you can access the back panel. Remove the back panel by removing the screws. Remove the light bulb cover and then lift out the back panel. Replacing the element will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the refrigerator and novice repair experience.
