WP22002437 Whirlpool Water Valve

This Front Load Washer Water Inlet Valve lets the hot and cold water into your washing machine and distributes it around to the dispensers. If the current 4-coil valve is leaking water on the floor or the solenoids are damaged, this part will need to be replaced. Usually, a long or slow fill cycle is often due to a restricted water valve. Please note: The valve should never be disassembled and cleaned, only replaced. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the washer and novice repair experience. You must unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also make sure you turn the water supply off to the water and place a towel down when removing the hot and cold fill hoses from the valve.
