This Dishwasher Door Latch Handle, Black allows you to open and close your dishwasher door properly. To install the new part, first open the dishwasher door and remove the screws that hold the dishwasher door panel in place. Then separate the two parts of the door to access the old door latch handle. You'll remove the handle's 1/4 screws. This part is black and designed to be used specifically with black appliances. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dishwasher and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dishwasher or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
