The latex formula provides for easy application and easy water clean-up. Ideal for use on doors windows and trim. Seals cracks between aluminum metal plastic vinyl and wood. Good adhesion and durability. Good flexibility and elasticity-no cracking. Paintable. Cured caulk is mildew and rust resistant.
