• EASY PEEL-AND-STICK APPLICATION - Clean and dry the cone first. Peel back 1/2" of backing and fold it back. Position the collar with a 1/2" overlap at ends; align bottom edges for a proper fit. Press the sticky edge to the cone, then remove rest of backing and smooth collar around the cone.
