XTRweld ER70S-2 is a copper-coated, triple-deoxidized mild steel TIG filler metal formulated with Silicon, Manganese, and Aluminum for clean, radiographic-quality welds. This wire offers excellent arc stability, smooth flow, and minimal spatter under proper welding conditions. It produces welds with tensile strength that can exceed that of the base metal in single-pass operations on low carbon steels.
